What is XFIT?
Whether you’re looking to get back in shape, train for a marathon, lose weight, or take it to the next level in your spojrt, XFIT offers you a unique fitness experience. In the XFIT program, we ask you to step away from the machines and learn exercises based on the four most basic natural movements: Running, Jumping, Climbing, and Crawling. Proficiency in these movements, provide the basis for the strength, stabjility, power and endurance you need for all your activities, as well as provide defense against injury.
In XFIT you don’t have to “go it alone”, we work out in small groups to build teamwork, support, community, as well as a dose of friendly competition. Health and Fitness as an integrated, fun lifestyle! Come Play With Us!!
The workouts themselves are completely scalable, which means that a new participant and a XFIT veteran can complete the same workout with changes in load and intensity. XFIT workouts are functional, varied and intense and scale to any ability level. Results are dramatic and rapid. We focus our participants on optimizing physical competence in each of 10 recognized fitness domains:
1. Endurance
2. Stamina
3. Strength
4. Flexibility
5. Power
6. Speed
7. Coordination
8. Agility
9. Balance
10. Accuracy.
What do you get?
Along with all the great things XFIT has to offer we have made it a priority to make our program even more in depth. Where most classes simply have their clients come and go, giving no personal attention, we want to make sure we create a relationship with you and be able to help you reach your goal by giving you the ability to track your progression. Each month we do evaluations that allow you to see how far you have come month to month. We also have monthly giveaways to the individual who loses the most weight, bodyfat, and inches. You also meet with a trainer or the class instructor privately on-on-one to help set  your goals and be able to keep you accountable to them.
Is XFIT for me?
If you are someone who:
  • Is looking to get in shape but can’t face going to the gym. Has lost interest in your gym routine.Thinks you don’t have time to exercise.Is looking to get faster or stronger in your sport.Is no longer seeing results with your current training regime. Have chronic pain, injuries or are post-operative with your Doctor’s clearance to start conditioning/rehabbing.
  • Then XFIT is for YOU. Our program takes place at Trucks Sports and Fitness Club and includes both indoor and outdoor activities . Every workout is different, and since you will rarely do the same thing twice, you are less likely to lose interest or get bored than if you were doing the same circuits at the gym three days a week. Because our workouts are rarely more than 50 minutes long they can fit into even the busiest schedules. Most important, XFIT is FUN! Our coaches and participants are welcoming, supportive, and committed to creating an environment where everyone can succeed.
    At XFIT, we offer group training (5-20 people), and physiotherapy including Active Release Techniques. The way you get started will ultimately depend on your personal goals
