This is a back to the basics high intensity fitness program that alternates burning fat through sports oriented exercises using medicine balls, bands, physio balls, cone drills, and many more, while building lean muscle mass through strength training.
These camps will be offered at various times and intensities throughout the week. Camps are a great way to get in awesome shape as well as networking throughout the community, because you never know who you'll run in to. Arrangements can be made to create camps comprised solely of your pre-chosen individuals. (min. of 10 individuals) Camp intensity placement will be based upon a fitness evaluation prior to commencement.
