GROUP TRAINING

TRUCKS' AAA PROGRAM


ALL AROUND ATHLETE PROGRAM / AAA PROGRAM
Classes are structurally designed to give athletes at different ages and ability levels the chance to learn the technical skills needed to progress safely and effectively through three program levels. Owner and former professional athlete, Anthony Trucks, designs all class programs.

Level 1
(Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday / 5:00pm -6:00pm Saturday 10-11am) Ages 7-11
This fun class is for athlete new to sports or sports training. Athletes participate in drills and games designed to master the basics of fundamental movements: Coordination, Proprioception, Conditioning, Core Strength, and body weight movements.

Level 2
(Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday / 5pm - 6:30pm Saturday 10-11am) Ages 12-17
This level introduces athletes to advanced speed and agility mechanics, moderate plyometrics, basic Strength training, and functional core strength development.
