GROUP TRAINING
TRUCKS' AAA PROGRAM
ALL AROUND ATHLETE PROGRAM / AAA PROGRAM
Classes are structurally designed to give athletes at different ages and ability levels the chance to learn the technical skills needed to progress safely and effectively through three program levels. Owner and former professional athlete, Anthony Trucks, designs all class programs.
Level 1
(Monday - Friday / 3:45pm -4:45pm) Ages 7-11
This fun class is for athlete new to sports or sports training. Athletes participate in drills and games designed to master the basics of fundametal movements: Coordination, Proprioception, Conditioning, Core Strength, and bodyweight movements.
Level 2
(Monday - Friday / 5pm - 6:30pm) Ages 12-16
This level introduces athletes to advanced speed and agility mechanics, moderate plyometrics, basic Strength training, and functional core strength development.
Level 3
(Monday - Friday / 6:30pm - 8:30pm) Ages 17 +
This class is designed for highly capable athletes and incorporates advanced strength training, power development, and intricate speed and agiliy mechanics. Core training is more evolved at this level due to this class' advanced level of training.
Athletes demonstrating vast improvements in level 1/2 will be given the option to advance levels regardless of age.
