Many off season camps are only a single weekend of coaching/training. The problem with single weekend camps is that it limits the athletes ability to gain experience and grow over time.
Our company believes that camps in the off season should be focused on giving athletes more structure, by giving them more opportunities to attain the specific skills needed to gain an edge over their competition. For this reason camps will be held for a minimum of 3 successive, or separate days. Camps are not always large camps and can be made exclusive to your team or organization any time of the year. Camps are available for all sports, and camp dates will be updated through our calenders.
