Truck's Training
Integrity, Respect, Dignity and Loyalty

Trucks Training was started by local individuals who have grown up in the area, experienced the world and come back to provide a service to our community that we feel they need and lack.

Our student athletes lack what their competition across the country receives in terms of training and there's no way we can expect our local athletes to successfully compete at, or reach, the next level unless we raise the bar and give them the training and academic support they need to succeed. From a fitness aspect there are too many trainers who preach a good game but don't follow through and prove results.

We have proven track records and know exactly what it takes to achieve the next level of sports & fitness safely and effectively. A true hometown feel from true hometown people.

Anthony Trucks, B.S. | Owner, Founder, Director
Truck's Training
Anthony graduated from Antioch High School in 2002 where he started his career in sports. Even in high school he took the extra time to train on his own to achieve his highest possible level of performance. His hard work payed off and he earned a football scholarship to the University of Oregon. In his time there he decided that whatever his future was, he wanted it to include a future in training other athletes, and individuals to reach their highest level of physical goals attainable. For this reason he decided to work towards a Bachelors of Science with focus' in Human Anatomy, Biology, and Human Physiology.

During his time at Oregon he made sure to pay close attention to the training he was doing and especially why he was performing the specific exercises. By doing this he was able to get better every year and perform well on the field. He started as an outside linebacker his true sophomore year and played well. His senior year he led the Pacific 10 Conference in sacks, tackles for loss, forced fumbles, fumbles recovered, and was 5th in total tackles. He was also the Co-Defensive MVP of the 2005 Pacific Life Holiday Bowl.

He participated in the 2006 NFL Combine and was signed by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as a free agent in March of 2006. He has played with the Washington Redskins and the Pittsburgh Steelers since. He then suffered a season ending left shoulder injury in the first pre-season game of the 2008 NFL season.

Throughout his entire college and NFL career, he collected valuable information on ways to make himself better, which he will translate into making you better! When his NFL playing days come to a close, his goal is to make others better than he ever was.

Anthony has been progressing towards building his career post football. He has since achieved a personal training certification from the National Council on Strength and Fitness, as well as studying for his certification as an NSCA-Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, The NSCA-CSCS is the top of the pillar in sports and strength training certifications. The NSCA-CSCS certification is required of all professional sports teams strength and conditioning coaches. So Anthony's clients can trust they are getting the same quality training as the professionals they admire.

Robert Henriquez
Truck's Training
Robert Henriquez began his playing career in the Antioch Youth Football league. He then went on to playing at Antioch High School. As a freshman, he was awarded ‘Team MVP’. Rob, was one of two freshman players to be brought up to the Varsity level and play in the 1997 playoffs. His junior and senior year he was one of the top rated quarterbacks in the area. During his college career, Rob played quarterback and wide receiver while helping lead the team to win in the 2003 East County Bowl game.

Following his successful achievements as a youth, he began his coaching career at Bonanza High School. The school only having a record of 3 wins in 4 seasons was brought to a 7-5 record in his first season. This tied for the best record in the school’s 31 years of existence. Rob also led them to their first home playoff game and playoff win in 17 years.

After one year of bringing the high school to its record breaking victories, he left to coach for the AFL Las Vegas Gladiators. Being the quarterback coach for 3 seasons, Rob assisted the team in becoming ranked as one of the top 10 in every offensive category including the top 3 in points scored per game. In coaching at arena league level, he was exposed to working with top athletes; such as Jerry Rice and J.J. Stokes; at high levels of intensity.

During his off season with the Gladiators, Rob coached at Western High School where he was the offensive coordinator of the varsity football team. In the first season, he led them to an 8-3 record and a ranking of 5th in the state. In the subsequent season, the program went 8-2 and ranked 3rd in the state. Of these two seasons, both were tied for the best record of the school’s history since their opening in 1906.

After leaving Western High School, Rob began coaching for Los Medanos College in Pittsburg, CA. As the new quarterback coach for the 2008 season, he has contributed in the recognition of several offensive players as well as brining the team to a 30 point average per game.

Due to Rob’s acquired knowledge of training at many different levels, he has been able to help players progress to their maximum potentials. Rob takes great pride in his work and is constantly refining his skills while motivating his prospects to becoming the most prominent asset to their team. He strives to ensure that his students receive the same attention in the best possible training he has to offer. Rob feels by working closely with each athlete; catering to their specific position; that they will play at the top level required for any sport.
